Who we are

Information we receive

When you use the intake form, we receive your name, email address, the type of business you run, information you provide about your work and challenges, and anything else you choose to write. If you email us, we receive your address and message. If you schedule a conversation, Google receives the booking information you provide, such as your name, email, and selected time.

The site’s hosting infrastructure processes requests and related technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs, to deliver the site and protect the form against abuse. Site analytics record aggregate page views, referrers, device information, and interactions such as link clicks, scheduler openings, and form submissions; form contents are not sent as analytics events.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, deliver requested services, send intake confirmations, keep the site working, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share visitor or client information with anyone for marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

• Replit: hosts the website and its intake backend. Requests, server logs, and form submissions pass through its infrastructure; intake submissions are held for delivery and abuse prevention.
• Replit Analytics (powered by Umami): provides website usage reports and interaction events without advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
• Google Workspace and Gmail: receive emails you send us and intake notifications and confirmations. Our intake backend sends these through a Gmail integration.
• Google Calendar: supplies the scheduling button on the homepage. The page loads Google’s scheduling resources, and booking information you provide is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
• Stripe: when you choose to pay an invoice or another charge using Stripe, Stripe processes your payment information. We receive transaction and payment-status details, not your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers may use their own infrastructure to deliver their services.

Cookies, external resources, and security

We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website. Our analytics do not rely on analytics cookies. Administrative areas may use essential authentication cookies. The website’s fonts are self-hosted. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, and other external sites do not contact those sites unless you follow the link. The homepage’s Google Calendar scheduling resources do load when you visit that page.

We use HTTPS, limit access to submitted information, and protect stored intake details while they are pending delivery. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, or legal obligations; you can ask about specific records by email.

Client engagement data

Information handled while delivering client work is separate from website inquiries. Depending on the engagement, we may work in Google Workspace and the client’s own Slack, Notion, CRM, accounting, or other accounts, or accounts set up in the client’s name. Your signed Project Service Agreement governs confidentiality and account ownership for that work.

Your choices and changes

Email greg@opsczar.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be kept for contractual or legal reasons. We may update this policy as our site or practices change; the date above will be updated when we do.
